If we ask you to provide certain information in order to verify your identity when using Kaadas products and services, we will use such information in strict compliance with this Privacy Policy and/or our User Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy has been developed with you in mind; it is critical that you are fully aware of our personal data collection and use practices and that you are confident that you ultimately have control over all personal information provided to us.

II What information is collected and how do we use it?
1 Type of information collected
In order to provide our services to you, we may ask you to provide us with personal information that is necessary to provide our services to you. If you do not provide personal information, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you.

(1) Information you provide to us or upload (including your contact information): We may collect the personal information you provide to us (your cell phone number, email address) and create your username and password. Information or data that you may access to synchronize with our devices.
(2) Handheld terminal or SIM card related information: We may collect information related to the handheld terminal running Kaadas Smart, including IMEI number, system version, device manufacturer information, model name, and network operator. We may also collect information about the device tied to your account, including MAC address, DID, device network status (IP/network signal), Wi-Fi parameters, Wi-Fi status, firmware version, Android ID、HarmonyOS(OAID/AAID/ODID/UUID). information related to mobile applications and websites, including anonymous identifier technology, IP address, network request information, ongoing processes, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system crash information. Get the list of installed applications.
(3) Location information: You turn on the location permission for Bluetooth connection and networking operation of the device.
(4) Microphone information: You can use the microphone to achieve two-way voice intercom with the video function of the device after opening the microphone permission.
(5) Phone call information: You can call our customer service number through the phone call function after you open the phone privilege.
(6) Camera/camera information: You can use the photo/video function, upload an avatar, and scan the QR code to finish adding the device after you open the camera/camera permission.
(7) Album (picture) information: you can upload for the purpose of realizing the device screenshot and video recording function after opening the album (picture) permission, we need you to take the initiative to provide or call the album permission of the mobile device in order to store the screenshot pictures and recorded videos.
(8) Storage information: You can cache the text generated during your use of Kaadas Smart APP service after opening the storage permission, save the images and videos you actively download, and call the photo album to select the pictures, you will not be able to use the storage information function normally after refusing the permission.
(9) Notification messages: You can receive messages about the device (device/APP operation log messages, alarm messages, visitor messages) after you turn on the notification permission, and when you deny the permission, you will not be able to receive messages from the device normally
(10) Alarm clock and reminder permissions: for "Kaadas Smart" to receive device message push. You need to enable this permission. If you refuse to grant this permission, you will lose the ability to receive device message push.
(11) Address book permission: When setting emergency contacts in "Kaadas Smart", the user does not need to manually enter the mobile phone number, and automatically fill the selected contact number. When the key is forced to open the door, the emergency contact will be notified by phone/SMS. The App only gets the phone number and nickname of the selected contacts. You need to enable this right. If you refuse to grant this right, you cannot easily set emergency contacts.
(12) Face ID or fingerprint ID information: when you log in to Kaadas Smart APP, we need to verify your identity to ensure the safety of your account. In order for you to use our services more safely and conveniently, if your mobile device and Kaadas Smart APP customer service software version support fingerprint ID or face ID function, you can choose to use fingerprint ID or face ID to login, when you use fingerprint ID or face ID to login, you need to complete information verification on your mobile device side. We only receive verification results and do not collect your fingerprint ID or face ID information.
(13) Bluetooth information: You can search for the device and network the device after turning on the Bluetooth permission.
(14) File management information: When you view the live video, the images and videos you actively screenshot will be saved.
(15) Get WiFi SSID information: We get your current phone's connected WiFi SSID information to facilitate the connection of devices.
(16) Bluetooth device MAC information: match the device information for connection.
(17) Get app installation list: We need to detect whether your phone has WeChat app installed to facilitate the provision of WeChat sharing function. We only detect the WeChat application and do not detect/obtain information about other applications on your phone.
(18) Get device sensor information: adjust the brightness of the phone screen according to the light of the environment the phone is in, and use it to scan the QR code to add devices.
(19) sllocal service: we need to detect whether the Kaadas Smart APP is running in the background for the timely pushing of messages when the device rings the doorbell.
(20) Vendor push service: We need to detect whether Kaadas Smart APP is running in the background for third-party services to push messages.
(21) Get device sensor: We need to get the information of the device sensor for scanning to add device.
In order to ensure the normal implementation of relevant business functions, the specific client use permission descriptions and use scenarios are detailed in the Personal Information List。
Please note that none of the above permission functions will be opened by default, and only after your explicit authorization will they be used in order to achieve specific functions or services. You can also enter Kaadas Smart APP and click ["My"-"My Settings"- "System Permission Management"] for permission withdrawal. Special note, even after your authorization, we get the permission of these sensitive data, we will not collect your information when the relevant function or service is not needed. The relevant function permission settings on Kaadas Smart App, you can close or set the corresponding permission according to your needs.
2.Personal Information Storage
(1) The way and duration of information storage
We store your information in a secure way, including local storage (the app does data caching), database and server logs.In general, we will only store your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve a specific function or under the conditions specified by law or regulation. When your information storage period expires, we will promptly delete your personal information or anonymize it.
(2)Geography of information storage
We will store the personal information collected within the territory in accordance with the laws and regulations.
We do not currently transfer or store your personal information across borders. In the future, if we need to transfer or store your personal information across borders, we will inform you of the purpose of the departure, the recipient, the security measures and the security risks, and obtain your consent.

(6) Creating your Kaadas account. Personal information collected when creating an account through the web or our mobile devices is used to create the user's personal account and profile page.
(7) Providing location-based services. When using Kaadas Smart and accessing our devices, we may use location information to determine the time zone of the device to ensure that the time is accurately displayed in the device, login to the service area. As well as to enable the appropriate device feature experience for you in advance based on your choice. You can turn this feature off at any time by going into your device settings or by stopping the use of this application.
(8) Device access. The device is operated through the App, and the authenticity of its device needs to be verified, so we will need to verify the legal identity of the device by verifying the factory MAC and DID information. In addition, if the device needs to connect to the network, you need to set up the corresponding network through the App, and this process requires you to enter the corresponding Wi-Fi name and password, which is only used for the device network allocation. The Wi-Fi and password data you fill in will be encrypted and stored locally on the device and will not be uploaded to the server, so you can enter the device at any time to delete the information. At the same time, we need to choose the optimal networking method for the device by judging the IP and network signal to ensure the stability of the device's networking.
(9) Device status display. Allows you to view the device status remotely so that you can always check the device operation.
(10) Set up automated tasks. The event information reported by your device (the information comes from the device you added, the specific settable information depends on the scope of your privacy authorization for that device, and each added device will provide the terms of the device provider's privacy policy to which you choose to agree or not) can be used to create automated tasks that are personal to you.
(11) to provide push services. The account number and IMEI number will also be used to provide the Kaadas Smart App push service to send device notifications to users. You can turn this feature off at any time by changing the preferences under "Messaging Settings".

Self start and associated start instructions: To ensure that the application can normally receive broadcast information pushed by the client when it is in a closed state, Kaadas Smart APP must make use of the (self start) ability of the application. The application will be waken up through the system broadcasting when needed to activate the self start and associated start function, which is necessary to provide services. The purpose is to promptly remind you to check when a message is generated on the device you purchased .
III Externally available
At this time, we do not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. When Kaadas and third party service providers need to share your personal information, Kaadas will contractually set forth the third party's practices and obligations to comply with applicable local data protection laws, and Kaadas will contractually ensure that the third party service providers comply with the privacy standards applicable to them in the jurisdiction to which you belong. We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. To protect against unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have implemented reasonable processes of physical, electronic and managerial measures to protect the information we collect from your use of the Kaadas Smart App. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
When you access your Kaadas account, you can choose our two-step authentication process to ensure better security. When you send or receive information from Kaadas devices to our servers, we ensure that it is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and other algorithms.
All of your personal information is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities. We classify your data according to its importance and sensitivity and ensure the highest level of security for your personal information. We guarantee that employees and third-party service providers who access this information to help provide products and services to you have strict contractual confidentiality obligations, and that failure to meet these obligations will result in disciplinary action or termination of cooperation. Similarly, we have specific access controls in place for cloud-based data storage. V What you can do

VI Retention Policy
We will retain personal information at all times if necessary to achieve the purpose for which the information was collected or to comply with applicable legal requirements or allowances. Our applications may have access to certain features on your device (Wi-Fi network status). This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and to allow you to interact with them. Control Settings
We recognize that each individual has different privacy concerns. Therefore, we have provided some examples of the various ways,which poof Kaadas offers you choices to limit the collection, use, disclosure or processing of your personal information and to control your privacy settings.

IX Access, update, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal information
(1) You have the right to request access to and/or correction of any personal information that we hold about you. When you update your personal information, we will require verification of your identity before we can process your request. X Withdrawal of consent
(1) You can send us an email to withdraw consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information in our possession or control. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make it and will not collect, use and/or disclose your personal information thereafter in accordance with your request.
(2) Please note that your withdrawal of consent may lead to certain legal consequences. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw your consent to allow us to process your personal information, this may mean that you cannot enjoy Kaadas products and services.
XI Cancellation of accounts
You can cancel your current account at any time by contacting our customer service, or follow the instruction below to do it yourself.
After entering Kaadas Smart App, click [My]--"My Settings"--"Cancel Account"] to cancel the account.
When you cancel your account, we will delete your account information (including cell phone number, email address, security credentials), device binding information (including alarm information, operation records, visitor records) .

After we receive your request to cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 7 business days. Please note that account cancellation is an irreversible operation. After account cancellation, we will stop providing products or services to you, all data under your account will be erased, and personal information will be deleted and cannot be retrieved, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
XII Transfer of personal information outside of your home jurisdiction
If we need to transfer personal information outside of your home jurisdiction, whether to our affiliates (which are involved in communications, social media, technology and cloud businesses) or to third party service providers, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.
